Day 4
It’s been 4 days, of eating plant strong, decaf coffee and beginning the path to fixing my health.
Bought a small under the desk cycle 2 days ago and have used it probably and hour a day and my legs are feeling a little better. But still not strong enough to stand for more than maybe 10 minutes at a time unless I have something to lean on.
Still taking my Arcoxia in the morning and a Voltarin at night, and am hoping to systematically work out the Voltarin and then start cutting back on the Arcoxia, but that won’t be for a while.
If everything works out, tomorrow, I join a gym and start swimming.I have read a lot on how good it will be for my body to loosen up, getting into water exercise, and am quite excited to do this.
I also think I’m going to start doing some Tai Chi, just here at home to start off with and then when I start feeling a little better, will look into a more professional (meaning well-intentioned groups) to find myself a Tai Chi group so that I can feel more motivated.
Just a few thoughts going through my head today.
